Ken heard a knock on his door and saw that his sister Veronica there. She tried to act cool, but felt nervous at the same.
"Umm, mom told me that she had said to you that I'm going to close myself off. And since I'm already feeling more older than I am I just wanted to come and talk to you before ... you know ... we don't see each other for a while." Veronica said as she looked much older than what Ken remembered.
"Yeah. What you had in mind?" Ken replied.
Veronica closed Ken's room door before she entered and silently said: "I'm not supposed to be here, but mother told me that she going to go away to the store with dad. So I thought if we could just talk here and show you what kind of changes my body goes through."
