After thinking for a few seconds, you knew what you wanted to do to her. Pulling out your TF-Note, you write that her arms become pumpkin vines, but still strong enough to support her weight.
With that, Tina falls down, her legs and arms contracting, the fabric of her costume tightening around her limbs. Leaves sprout from her new vine appendages, floating in the gentle autumn breeze. Tina moves her new vines, getting up. You can't see it, but she has a very confused look on her face
Pleased in the result so far, you decide that the rest of her needs to be a pumpkin. Writing in your TF-Note again, you write to change her torso and head into a jack-o-lantern, where the light in her eyes would be her pupils.
As you finish writing, you look over at Tina again. Her pumpkin costume morphs, from being loose fabric to a hardened shell, her head falls in, hair becoming another vine. A second later, light comes out of the pumpkin.
Pleased in your work, you close your TF-Note, and get up.
