"What were you doing?" Vance ran up to Finn after class. Finn had barely made it a few feet out the door before Vance was on him.
"Do?" Finn tried to play stupid. "What are you talking about?"
"I saw you do something," Vance repeated. "You were playing with your phone and then you got all squirmy in there. What'd you do?"
"Nothing," Finn lied.
"It wasn't nothing," Vance ran in front of him and blocked Finn's exit. "What was it?"
Finn tried to assert himself again, glaring with as much venom as his cute foxy face would allow. "Nothing." He tried to push past but Vance's hand slipped into his pocket as he blocked Finn's way. "HEY!" Finn jumped back, making sure to grab onto his phone again. "What do you think you're doing?!"
"Just trying to figure out what was so interesting on your phone," Vance said. Compared to most people Vance was fairly average in size but compared to Finn he was a fairly larger. The small fox couldn't exactly overpower him even. He might have been able to duke him. The thought was squashed as he saw just how intent Vance was to probably chase him as well. "Well?" he demanded, holding his hand out as though Finn should just give him his phone. "What is it?"
Finn relented, pulling his phone out, still holding it tightly in his hand. "It's a device to change reality," he said.
The look on Vance's face dropped. A subtle smile started to poke through as Finn's facial expression didn't change from the annoyance of the other man demanding answers from him. "Wait. You serious?" he asked. "BRO! Fucking for real?" Finn nodded and Vance went to grab the phone out of his hand again. "What?"
"It's mine," Finn glared. He held the phone tightly to his chest.
"Bro... Come on. Don't be a bitch about it," Vance said. "Let me make some changes."
Finn continued to glare. "You tell me what you want to change, and I'll type it."
"God you're so annoying..." Vance groaned. "Just let me do it..." But it was clear Finn wasn't about to hand him the phone. "Fine," he dismissed. "Make me into a football jock. I want to be a real stud on the field who's able to everyone's attention."
