Maria, still beaming over her new body, was walked down the hall to a smaller room. She saw a brunette woman in a lab coat standing in the door way.
"Hi, I'm Alison Falther." the woman said. "This is the cosmetological redefinition portion of your makeover."
Alison pulled up a table chair for Maria to sit on. As she tried to sit down, she noticed that her new butt would present some challenges. She managed to get herself seated but not without some difficulty.
"Okay, the first step is your lips. Currently, they're unremarkable. Let's change that."
Positioning a stand with a concave mirror, Alison pulled out a needle. She made two quick injections into the bottom and top lip. Maria winced for a second but then became transfixed by her mouth. Her lips started to swell rapidly, growing from thin and barely noticeable into luscious and shapely. Maria closed her lips and reopened.
"Man, I'll put these to good use on Jacob" she joked before covering her mouth in shock. Why was she so goddamn horny all of a sudden???
Alison walked Maria to a door on the opposite side of the hall. It looked like a typical salon room. Maria sat down in a chair in the middle of the room.
"Okay, so you have long, gorgeous hair. Never dyed or chemically altered, right?" Alison asked.
"Never. It's been the same since I was a kid. Long, black, curly. It's my trademark." Maria replied.
"Right. I think it's time you give yourself a new trademark. Be bold and adventurous. You can always change it if you don't like it." Alison stated.
Maria paused. She loved her hair...but she had changed so much about herself already, why hesitate with this?
"Fuck it, let's go bold." Maria replied.
Alison grabbed a pair of scissors and a hair band. Maria's hair was currently down to her butt. Alison put the band through her hair and put it just above her shoulder blade. Alison grabbed Maria's hair and cut at the point of the band. In about two seconds, ten inches of hair went falling to the ground. Maria's hair now rested slightly above her shoulders.
"Oh my" Maria exclaimed. Her hair had never been that short. Ever.
Alison went to a closet in the back of the room. There were rows of foam spray bottles all lined up. She picked one out and went over to Maria. "Close your eyes" Alison instructed. Maria did as Alison sprayed the white foam throughout Maria's hair. The foam quickly settled and hardened.
"Now, your face." Alison said. Taking a pair of tweezers, she took Maria's very thick, bushy black eyebrows down to pencil thin. She applied a light layer of the foam spray on them.
After about ten minutes, Alison told Maria to close her eyes and took a little hammer and gently tapped Maria's hair with it. The foam casing felt right off in two solid pieces. Alison rubbed the foam casing off her eyebrows.
"Take a look". Maria opened her eyes and gasped. Her formerly black hair was golden blonde with lighter highlights sprinkled throughout. Her eyebrows were now thin and bleached. The bright colors stood out starkly against Maria's brown skin. Maria wasn't sure her own mother would recognize her. Still, she smiled.
"One last thing, before we do makeup and get you dressed." Alison took a long needle out of a drawer and placed it directly into Maria's vocal chords.
"What hell are you..." Maria struggled to ask as the injection went in. Maria started coughing loudly. "My god...what did you...do to...my voice" Maria said in spurts as she heard her own voice get deeper and more sultry.
"It's a serum meant to give you the deepest voice your body is naturally able to give. I think it gives you even more an edge."
Alison then applied a palette of makeup to Maria's face. Bright red lipstick. Thick black eyeliner. Light pink blush on the cheeks, contouring to show her cheekbones. Purple eyeshadow to finish off the look.
"Now let's get you dressed." Alison said as she handed her a black minidress and black heels

In a dressing room near the entrance, Maria felt ambivalent about the whole process. She had changed so much about herself in a day. She was no longer going to be viewed the same way by anyone. Was it worth it. Maria slipped the dress on and looked over herself. "I'm going to have buy an entire new wardrobe." Maria said, still unnerved by her new voice.
Maria walked into the center of the room where she had originally walked in. Eve, Robert, Alison, and the two assistants were standing there. Eve pointed to a mirror. "Well, take a look."
Maria looked and was overwhelmed. The original Maria Castillo was gone. The athletic, nerdy, Hispanic soccer player with the mane of black hair. The woman in the mirror was a vixen. Maria moved her hands across her thick, busty body. She never dreamed of being able to look like this. As she walked around, she noticed her butt jiggling and barely held in a laugh. Her new body gave her so much confidence. Maria knew she didn't have to starve herself to look like a million bucks. She looked closer at her face. For years, men had called her cute or sweet. That was gone. The short, curly blonde hair and barely there eyebrows gave her a boldness and edge she had always wanted. Maria wasn't a kid anymore; she was a full, grown woman and she knew men would be intimidated by her. If anyone wanted Maria, they would have to EARN her.
"I can't believe this." Maria said tears, streaming down her face. "You've made me the best version of myself."
Eve hugged her. "You were already beautiful Maria...this is simply you from a new perspective."
Maria gathered her belongings and walked out the door. She excitedly told Jacob to meet her at her apartment...this was going to be a fun reveal.
