Mr. Krebs waddled over to the machine platform struggling to walk in his oversized clothing.
"Ready when you are," Mr. Krebs said giddily.
"Hold on, I need to find the reverse function." Jake replied fiddling with the machine's gears. "Okay, I think--'"
"What are you boys doing in here?!"
Jake and Mr. Krebs turned towards the booming voice in the distance. It was principal Blanco.
"I don't care what you were doing. Turn that thing off and lets go. The roads are closing and I need to lock up."
"But Matt-- " Mr. Krebs began, forgetting he wasn't his normal self.
"You better watch yourself young man. It's principal Blanco to you. Now I said get you stuff and come with me."
Mr. Krebs and Jake exchanged nervous looks. If they left now, Mr. Krebs would be stuck like this for at least two weeks during the winter break.
"That's it!" Mr. Blanco marched over and grabbed both "boys" by their shirt collars. "I said let's go."
Despite Mr. Krebs best efforts to fight free, his strength was gone.
Principal Blaco dragged them to the lobby after locking the doors behind them. "Now call your parents to pick you up before the lights shut off."
And with that principal Blanco headed to his car and drove off leaving Mr. Krebs and Jake alone in the lobby.
