For the next few days I was practicing with the book of time in my backyard. I can say I've mastered growing and reviving plants. I think I can make an orchard if I want some extra money. Anyway, it ended up getting pretty boring and monotone, so I started to use it on insects, leftovers and birds. It turned out being way more interesting, however I learned something that wasn't quite pleasing. An unborn animal is practically an instant death because the book can't recreate the factor to conceive it again.
Therefore, a unborn squirrel turns into a disgusting fetus that will die in a few seconds, an unborn bird will need its egg, same with the insects. I'm a little bit emotional, so I made a promise to don't use that spell again unless it was completely necessary, which I hope never happens. Putting that aside, I think I'm ready to do a big test, I mean, I'm ready to use it again on a human being, and I have the perfect candidate for that.
My parents and my uncles are going to a friend's wedding tonight and they have asked me to take care of the children. So, it will be me just me, Anna and my cousin Peter. He's 6 years old, just a year older than my little sister and he's very hyperactive. It's like his parents feed him with just coffee and candies everyday because he likes to run around the house for hours until he gets tired and then he sleeps like a log. That'll be the perfect opportunity to test a spell safely because he won't wake up until tomorrow morning.
My house only has three bedrooms, my parents', my little sister's and mine. So, usually when Peter sleeps at here, he shares the bed with me and I must confess it's really annoying. Imagine a night trying to sleep next to kid that is constantly moving, shoving and kicking you. Sometimes I'd preferred to sleep in the living room, but hopefully a change on him could stop or at least reduce that problem. I hope so.
