“… Well the thing is… never mind it’s stupid.” Lexi said turning away.
‘What?’ You ask.
“Never mind.”
‘Come on Lexi tell me. I’ll find out eventually.’ You said playfully tickling her making her giggle.
“Ok! ok alright I’ll talk! I’ll talk!” Your body mate girlfriend said in between laughs.
“It’s just… I know we’re stuck together from now on but part of me wants to know what it’s like to be older.” She said “Find out our future together and see if it all works out… but the Chronivac probably can’t do something like that.”
‘Oh it totally can no problem.’ You say typing on the portable transmitter.
“What REALLY!?” Lexi asked beaming with excitement.
‘Mmmmhmm.’ You say showing her the age settings on the screen. ‘It can even alter reality around us so we technically aged normally as far as everyone else is concerned. Wanna try it out?’
