“A diary. Writing, like muscles in fact, deteriorate if you don’t use them. Perhaps I should write more often since I’m getting a little rusty. Anyway, a diary lets me write down observations about my daily life whenever there’s a moment to myself.” She considered what you said. Nodding as she understood the analogy.
