“Girls, I appreciate all of the help and comfort you’ve been so far but I think I need to be back at Anthro Club in case I’m needed.” is what Hailey had said to her Futa Club friends before departing.
As she walked there she couldn’t distract herself from how her clothes felt. Specifically the fact that they were needed at all. One of the benefits of Anthro Club was the fact that clothes were simply unnecessary after you morphed, even uncomfortable. Hailey was proud of the fact she hadn’t worn anything more than a smile since she’d joined and had planned on continuing the streak until the day she died.
She pulled uncomfortably at her shirt where it clung in weird ways to her skin but that only made it cling weird in other places. The same for her shorts even though they were quite loose and allowed for some percent of the free air flow she’d grown used to.
Hailey felt weaker too. As a tigress she’d been all muscle and confidence and now she felt weak and vulnerable despite still being in the top percentage of human athletes at the school.
“Damn you, Diana.” she growled to herself,”I fucking swear I’ll get you for this. I’ll turn you into a fucking antelope and eat you if I can.”
Inside Anthro Club it was more quiet than when she’d left but the situation was worse. Piles of fur lay like a second layer of carpet on the floor and for every large pile there was a nearly unrecognizable naked human nearby, often crying. Some were being held and comforted by friends, others were wanting to be alone. The few anthros left now seemed resigned to their fates.
“Hailey!” said the girl it took even Hailey a second to recognize as her best friend and and playmate Valeria as she ran up to her,”Hailey, its gotten worse! Did you find anything out?! A way to get back to what we were?!”
“We don’t know anything very solid yet but a couple of the Futa Club members are investigating it so we just need to be patient.” Hailey said after she took Valeria in her arms and repressed a shudder at the naked skin she felt.
“I can’t be human again!” Valeria cried.
“You won’t have to be for long, Val.” Hailey said not knowing if it was true,”We just need to distract ourselves until they find out whats up.”
“Y-you are right. What do you suggest?” Valeria asked her.
