The two had become lost. Although the trip to San Medina was usually only about a half hour, give or take a few minutes, massive road construction had forced
them to take a detour - on which the two had become lost.
Rick had fallen asleep against the passenger side window, and Kerin was driving down along a high way. Rick had not said much, and had fallen asleep almost
immediately. Kerin didn't know what to do or where they were going anymore. After several hours of driving, Kerin couldn't take the hunger that now confronted
her. She nudged Rick in the side, trying to wake her.
"What, what is it? Why did you wake me up?" asked Rick.
"We have to stop somewhere to eat, I can't drive much longer without some food in me," replied Kerin
"So pull over and eat," said Rick with a semi-hostile voice.
Kerin didn't feel like arguing, she just pulled the SUV over at a Ground Round. She hoped that Ricks appearance wouldn't cause heads to turn or anything like
that. Rick eventually got out of the vehicle, and they both walked in. Kerin ordered a caesar salad, Rick had some soup, and both ordered lemonade.
"I'm sorry, all we have is raspberry lemonade. Is that ok?" asked the waitress.
"No," Rick said, "that's not ok. Lemonade is made from lemons, not raspberries. If this is made of raspberries, and it is, then you should call it something else and
not fool people into ordering what they think is lemonade," was all Rick said, with her face buried in her hands, her elbows on the table.
"Right, so two lemonades, a soup, and a salad," was all the waitress said, and then she walked away.
Rick suddenly didn't feel right, and as she looked down, she realized what part of it was. She didn't have a bra on. That, and there was something totally new, she
felt a pressue inside of her, then realized that she had to go to the bathroom.
"Kerin, can I borrow your sweat shirt?" asked Rick as she stood up.
"Why, what for?"
Rick leaned over and whispered to her, "I don't have a bra on."
"Oh, alright then, whatever," replied Kerin as she took off her sweat shirt and handed it over to Rick. Rick put it on and walked to the bathrooms, while Kerin sat
at the booth with a t-shirt and sweat pants on.
"I don't see what the deal is, you're pretty flat...." she said in reference to Rick, but not saying this loud enough for anyone to hear.
Rick finished dealing with nature, an odd experience now, and started to unlock the bathroom stall door when a pain hit her again, just like the one on the road. But
one was only there for a moment, but then she began changing again. All of her body hair disappeared except for the hair on her head and her dense pubic hair.
She looked down and saw her waist begin to contract some more, the mass of fat moving down and inflating her thighs. Her thighs became rounder, reducing the
space in her own sweat pants. Her lower legs became somewhat thinner as well, but then something very odd happened - she shrank a little. She guessed that it
must have only been a few inches, but was then distracted by changes in her feet. She looked down and saw that her feet had become more petite, and that there
was a lot of extra space in her shoes..... oh well.
The changes stopped their for now. She left the stall and went to wash her hands. As she looked up, she saw something very strange - her eyes had changed
colors. They were now brown.
Rick finished washing up and hurried out the door to finish her meal. Both of them finished their meals, paid for the bill, and walked out the door towards the SUV.
Kerin got back into the drivers side, but Rick stopped outside, her hand on the door handle. Something was wrong.
She could feel the changes starting again.
