Mary flexed again, feeling the power rush through her. She bent herself into a crab pose, watching her 7-foot frame bulge with dense musculature. She looked fierce, she thought. The perfect female specimen. Muscular enough to show her might, yet with enough feminine curves to offset anything that might seem manly about her. She didn't need to be masculine to be truly powerful.
But, as she flexed and felt the strength coursing through her, she couldn't help but want more. Of course, another vial of the Muscle + would propel her far past any human bodybuilder, likely destroying the feminine Amazonian look she had right now. She couldn't do that to herself. It didn't stop her from wanting more power, though. Mary turned to the vials for a solution.
Rifling through, her hand finally closed on a vial that contained an opaque, firetruck-red liquid. Strength + it read. Hoping that it would work, Mary closed her eyes and downed it in one go.
The taste was... confusing. At first, it tasted of black sesame, before it lingered with a briny taste, like seawater. And then it truly kicked in. It felt like someone has shocked Mary, suddenly her eyes flew open as every muscle in her body began quivering. Imperceptibly, her muscles packed on more mass while retaining their size, superhumanly dense boulders that quivered as Mary unconsciously flexed. When she went to lift the fridge again, it felt as light as a feather. She couldn't even feel its weight anymore. And as she juggled it from hand to hand, she could see each catch denting the thick metal as her super strong fingers teased it like clay. She quickly put the fridge down before grabbing the vial and again gulping it down.
If the first dose had been a static shock, the next felt like she'd stuck her hand in a power socket. Mary took a single step forward, and just the strength of her leg crushed a footprint straight through the linoleum floor and into the thick concrete below. She put a single finger against her heavy kitchen table and flicked, sending it careening through the wall and even through the fence. It crashed down in her neighbor's pool.
Grabbing a knife off the bench (being careful not to crush the delicate, iron handle in her grip) she brought it up to her bicep. With all the strength she could muster, she tried to jam it in, only to find that her hyper-dense muscles simply deflected the blade, and it crumpled into a shriveled, metal ball.
Mary laughed, drunk off her power. With all the arrogance of a goddess, she again grabbed the Strength + vial and skulled it in a single gulp. It felt like lightning. Electricity coursed through her veins as she could feel her body becoming nigh-indestructible. With a sway of her hips, she knocked the entire wall down, watching as it toppled into the others like dominos. She didn't even try to hold up the roof as it came crashing down around her. The structure simply splintered and broke as it hit her, leaving her unscathed despite the destruction around her.
With a single burst of strength from her tree-trunk thighs, Mary lept into the air, leaving a crater in her wake. Her impossible strength propelled her higher and higher until she hovered, for a second, at the peak of her curve and glimpsed the curvature of the Earth. Despite the lack of air, her powerful lungs held plenty of oxygen, so much so that she wasted some whooping in delight at her utter feats. "I am the Goddess of the world!" she cried, raising her hands as she went into freefall. "I am unstoppable!"
As she crashed down into the Earth, she landed with such force that it created a shockwave, instantly vapourising everything within a 10-foot radius, and sending that plasma outward as the wave expanded. When she righted herself, she stood in a deep crater, staring at a suburb so utterly destroyed by her might, it looked like a nuclear bomb had gone off. Mary smirked. "Pathetic. Even the planet itself can't stand against me."
She casually strolled to the edge of the crater, reveling in the fact each tiny footstep caused tremours that shook trees from the ground. She reached the ruins of her house. Sifting through tons of debris as if it were a pile of fallen leaves, she searched until she reached her prize. Carefully (because she could control her strength, with extreme precision), she extracted the box of vials.
Mary crooned as her fingers traced the rims of the many vials, each promising her impossible powers, to fling her deeper into her godhood. She smiled. "Now, which one of you do I pick next?"
