"Damn it, Susan, I told you to go away! Are you freaking deaf--" Jennifer tried to bite her tongue, but it was too late. She had already triggered another change.
"What's happening to you?" her friend asked, shaking.
Her entire body felt like pins were poking her skin. She watched as fur crept over her arms and down her legs. Pure white hairs grew over most of her body, leaving her breasts and the region around her belly bare. Her fur was marked with irregular black patches. Looking back in the mirror, she saw the fur had grown on her face as well, leaving the tip of her nose untouched. A large black patch encircled her right eye and reached up to match with her right ear.
"Jennifer?" Susan called meekly.
"It's nothing..." Jennifer lied, swallowing her shock and fear. She shrugged. "I've been cursed."
"The...THE curse?"
"Of course it's THE curse!" Jennifer exclaimed. She fell silent again, before she blurted out an insult. "That stupid kid Kyle Perkins gave it to me. Every time I make fun of someone I turn more into a cow."
"Well...what are you going to do?" Susan cautiously entered the room, as if Jennifer's condition was contagious.
"How should I know? I've got fur, cow ears, and a tail. I'm a freak." Jennifer collapsed onto her bed, burying her face in a pillow. Her tail waved about in the air.
Susan sat down on the bed next to her. She had calmed down as the reality of the situation had sunk in. "Hey, if this Kyle kid used the Transform or Dare curse on you, that means you have it now."
"I sure do," came Jennifer's muffled whine.
"No, I mean you can use it to set this right again!"
Jennifer's face emerged from the pillow shining with tears. "You're right," she said. "If I give it to you, will you change me back?"
"Of course," Susan said. "Just don't turn me into anything freaky."
I just might, Jennifer thought to herself. "What do you want to change into?"
