Chad had nearly convinced himself that he was hallucinating. He couldn't have been changed into a tiny reindeer by nerdy Hermie. It wasn't possible. Reindeer tiny or not don't have wings, animals need wings to fly. He had to be hallucinating. The harness must have been covered in a topical hallucinogens. Magic mushrooms, LSD, toad slime, or something.
Hermit frowned, something was wrong. The reindeer he had acquired wasn't all reindeer anymore. Oh, he still had antlers. But his thatch of blond hair returned. Chad was no longer dun furred, but covered in human bronze tan skin.
Hermie cracked the whip. Hermit didn't no what was wrong, but the sooner he got to Santa, the sooner whatever was going wrong would be made right.
Second star to the left straight on to the Nirth.
Santa's North Pole wasn't Magnetic North or Geological or Geographical North, Santa's North Pole was Magical North.
The ice castle wasn't ice but white stone. The elf steered the tiny sleigh toward the big window of the central turret. The plush red carpet felt warm under Chad's feet.
Chad's eyes opened. He felt the carpet with his feet not hooves. The bells jangled as Chad struggled in the harness.
"Santa! We have a problem!" Hermie shouted.
A voice from the next room bellowed, "Mwahohoho!"
A big burly muscled young man entered naked with a towel over his head apparently drying his hair. Chad stared at the man's crotch. His own cock was huge, but Santa's was hung like a horse. Chad's cock made women scream, Santa's yule log frightened Chad even more than being turned into a reindeer. Santa removed the towel from his head and wrapped it around his waist. Chad saw a jolly faced bearded man. The jolly expression on his face changed to one of annoyed confusion.
"Now what have you done, Hermie?" Buff Santa growled. He came over to take stock of Chad. His big hands seemed to be everywhere at once. On Chad's antlers, fondling his manhood, fluffing his tail, spreading his cheeks, holding his head.
"Hmmmmmm!" Santa said. Then he went over to a big desk and began shuffling papers.
