Mari sent the clothing in the "Donation Box" to the town orphanage, hoping that the orphans would have nice clothes around that time of year. The person in charge of the orphanage was a man named Reverend Rogers, a member of the town church, who has hired a bunch of nuns to serve as den-mothers for the orphans.
The thing was, the reverend was 100% Christian, so he has never been to the Magic Shop, or would bother buying something there, especially around the holidays. That Christmas Eve, one of the nun's came into he reverend's office, along with the Donation Box that Mari left on the doorstep. "Reverend, I have found this in front of the church doors," she explains, and showed the Donation Box to him. "Interesting," Rogers comments. "But who sent the box here, Augustine?"
"I'm not sure," Augustine explains. "The person who delivered it ran away, before I could see who it was." The reverend checked the box, and found that Mari didn't place a return address on the box, and neither the name of her business. "Well ladies, I have good news, and bad news," Rogers says. "The bad news is the box has no return address, and no company logo, but the good news is it's actually full of clothes for the children. So I believe you all deserve a day off, while I give these clothes to them." "Are you sure that's a good idea, Reverend?" Augustine asks. "Of course it is," Rogers answers. "Don't worry about me. I'll have you all back to work once Christmas is over."
