For Asatru, the big holiday is the solstice so Tiffany and Dani had no particular Christmas plans even though both of them had the day off. Dani was going to volunteer at Idun's Pantry giving food to the homeless while Tiffany was going to, in her words "stay home and be pregnant."

Hermione was explaining the plot of the Hallmark movie she was watching to Emily. "See, it's the first Christmas after the Great Change and the New Woman is visiting her home town for the first time since the Change and she's all worried because she was this big football star as a guy and the other girl was conservative religiously and she's having trouble with the fact that she's a lesbian now and I hope they get together because they would be just perfect for each other."
Emily patted her stepmom on the knee. "I wouldn't worry about it, Hermione. I think they'll get together."

Robbie was Christmas shopping and indulging in a hobby of hers, which was checking out the ratio of male to female Santa representations. The first couple of years after the Great Change, Santa continued to be represented as male and women playing Santa wore traditional fake Santa beards. There were jokes about how the Great Change had skipped the North Pole and Santa was the only man left on the planet. The third year the dam started to break, and this year you mostly saw female Santas with male Santas relegated to historical and nostalgic settings. Of course, as Teresa liked to point out, "Santa" was Spanish for "female saint" so Santa had always been genderfluid.
Robbie was planning to spend Christmas with Teresa's family this year.

President Rodham was arranging the Christmas Night White House orgy and hoping Savannah would get back soon so she could stop the movement restrictions put in place to contain the virus (the excuse was a new COVID strain.)
