"Hey, Jeff!" a girl exclaimed. At first, the girl was too far away from him to recognize. Then it became more obvious. It was Caroline Collins, or as she preferred to be called, Carrie.
Carrie was a nerd, but she was popular enough to be liked and not bullied. Every time during school, she wore blue jeans and a blue shirt. She does wear glasses but never has braces. The only reason Jeff even knows about her is her being his girlfriend Victoria, or as he called her, Vicky's twin sister. And since he would hang out with Victoria, mostly in her house and occasionally in his, Carrie has seen him a lot. While she does bring a jacket to school, she does take it off, showing her long, wavy, red-haired hair. She's also the president of the book club and cooking club.
She also has the locker right to him, and that is the place where she finds out about the Chronivac.
"What the fuck is that?" Carrie asked in the least bratty way possible. "Is it the Chronivac?"
"How did you know?" Jeff asked, confused about how she was correct.
"Oh, I used to have it last year. I might have sold the Chronivac on eBay last month, but I still have a copy of the manual."
"Do you want it?"
"Yes. I just wanted to change something for some reason."
"Yeah, they're so mean, and I just want to defend the defenseless."
"Okay," Jeff said while giving her the Chronivac. "Here you go."
"Thanks!" she said, before leaving for her class.
