Today was Alfie’s 12th birthday he and 3 of his other friends were going to the circus. Alfie’s parents pulled up to the side entrance of the circus in her mini van with Alfie and 3 other friends. All of them being 12 years old. One at a time, they jump out of the van. First was Alfie with his curly blond hair shining in the sun matching his light blue eyes. Next was Jack his longer dark brown hair pulled back into a short pony tail. Then came Sam who was wearing a beanie since his hair was so short his head got cold. Lastly was Harry who had short spiked blond hair and green eyes. The 4 boys along with Alfie’s parents made their way into the circus where they would be greeted by one the clowns. His parents told the clown about their party reservations. The clown next brought the whole group to the private party room where they would play games, have cake and do presents. They would then get very special seats for show that night. The clown who was running the party introduced herself as Petunia the clown. She started off the party by giving the four boys big red clown noses with them being at the circus and all. The party went on with the group playing with each other. While the boys were playing Petunia went over to Alfie’s parents and told them about this program that doing at the circus as a part of their birthday party program. It’s was called join the act. She explained that as the name suggested they would allow the Alfie, Jack , Sam, and Harry to join the clowns on staged as a part of their performance this was the “special seats” that were apart of the party. Agreeing Petunia told the four boys about it, this excited them. As the party when on they did presents and when it came time for the cake. Petunia told the boys that the circus did birthday cake a different kind of way. Petunia had Alfie, Jack, Sam and Harry all come to one end of the room and sit down. They were sitting in blue chairs in what looked like giant pie tins. She put pairs of goggles on the four boys heads as she counted down. 3….. 2…… 1! She pulled a lever and a bunch of whipped cream poured from the ceiling and poured out of a shoot behind them covering the 4 boys in it from head to toe. There was so much, It looked as if they were sitting in the middle of perfectly formed whipped cream pies up to their necks. This ruined all of their clothes. Once all of the cream finished coming out of the shoots, 4 large bright red cherries drop out of the hole in the ceiling and it sticks to the their heads. They four boys were crying with laughter. Petunia told Alfie HAPPY BIRTHDAY! She also said that the cream was eatable. All the kids started to eat their way out of the pies. Alfie’s parents were watching this also laughing. As the four boys ate their ways out of the pies they continued laughing Jack throwing some cream at the others. After the food fight the boys all walked over to Petunia and Alfie’s parents, large Cherries still stuck to their heads covered in whipped cream. Petunia brought the four boys over to a large shower where they lined up as they got sprayed by the water, washing all the whipped cream off. The water stopped leaving the kids soaked with their clothes, feeling like they weighed another 10 lbs. Petunia walked over with four colorful jumpsuits. Similar to astronaut suits being more snug around the hips and neck. Alfie put on the Bright red jumpsuit, Jack in the blue one, Sam in the Green Suit and Harry in the Yellow one. They also were given a pair of black slippers to wear. Petunia said that was almost time for the show. Petunia brought the boys and the parents to a side backstage area where they got to watch the show near the end of the clowns portion of the show. Petunia announced to the crowd that they’d like to welcome the birthday boy AFLIE AND HIS FRIENDS JACK, SAM, AND HARRY TO THE STAGE!! The four boys came walking out to the middle ring. They were each spread apart and four spot lights shined down on them. When all of a sudden smoke bombs went off Petunia and bother clown ran by the four boys and honked the clown noses that they still had on their faces since the beginning of the party.
