You decided to enter the cave just after following the two bee women, and was shock of what you were seeing in front of you. The bee women have brought the unconscious woman to a cave filled with giant sized honey combs, that have other unconscious women inside the comb holes, as their clothes were melted by the honey.
Once the clothes were finished melting, the women began to grow bee stingers, and abdomens, then had their limbs covered in yellow, and black fuzz like a bee would have. Next came the antennae that could sense the smell of honey, and finally the wings. Once the transformation was complete, the newly born bee women come out of their nest, and begin to take flight, while also going to find more women to place in the hive. This was so surreal, that you didn't even know how it all started.
