Your changes are subtle and easy to hide right now, your Reindeer tail is not yet sore from being stuffed in your pants with no air and your reindeer udder is empty right now, so it is not that big yet, but you doubt they're going to stay that way forever.
You're about get up and make your way to the entrance, when your nose catches a familiar delicious scent in the air. You follow the trail and see a bakery, its display windows filled with an assortment of pastries and baked goods. On the front, holding a free sampling event of the very sugar cookies and milk you ate last night, is none other than Carol the elven staff from the ranch. Despite your increasing wariness about everything this island has to offer, you can't help but lick your lips at the prospect of eating more and against your better judgement you walk towards her in greeting.
"Hello again, Mister!" Carol greets you cheerily just as before. "We still don't have any reindeer in the ranch yet, sorry. Word has it that we have to wait until the second ferry arrives - that's next week! Here, have another sample?"
"So uhhh...", you ask Carol. "How does one get off the Island?"
"Leave?" For the first time, you see scrutiny glints in Carol's normally cheerful eyes. "Why would you want to leave this wonderous place?"
"It's... Too much for me." You told her part of the truth. "I get that this place is all about enjoying myself to my heart's content, but there's too many things and too many people to enjoy them with... You get what I mean?" 'And I'm not sticking around to let whatever's cooking in this place blow up in my face.'
Carol studies your form carefully and ponders for a moment, before finally nodding in understanding and sympathy. "Not one for crowds and loud noises, I see..." She fishes out a notepad and write something down which she then rips it out and passes over to you. "Go to the docks where that ferry is, this slip will get them to give you a ride off the Island. We're sorry that you aren't able to enjoy our Pleasure Island experience in full." She also gives you a lot of cookies and milk. "Here take these, the Boat won't reach the mainland until at least a month, I would hate to see you starve to death or die of dehydration." she says. "Thank You" you say, how considrate of her to make sure that you stay alive and not die of hunger or thirst.

The ferry man hums as he looks over the slip carefully, taking a drag from the pipe as he clears his throat. "We'll be leaving tonight, be sure you're on the ferry by then."
You nod and ask if you can wait on the ferry, he grunts his consent. You're now situated in one of the many cabins of the ferry, alone and stripped-naked exposing your Reindeer tail and Udder and Teats, and Vagina in full view. What happened? You are sure your body wasn't sporting a Reindeer Tail or Udder and Teats or vagina this morning, what changed you?
You turn to eye the bag of sugar cookies and thermal of milk lying innocently on the counter, are these the cause that gave you a tail and udder and teats and vagina?
'Did I grow a tail and udder and teats and vagina overnight because of these cookies?' You wonder to yourself, you can't help but feel mixed feelings at this. On one hand, you'll end up an animal and caught by the Pleasure Island staff if the changes continue. On the other hand if you don't eat and drink the cookies and milk, you will eventually die of hunger and thirst. You don't want to starve to death or die of thirst and dehydration.
