You tremble in awe and fear as you see the Greek God in his glory. Out of nowhere, the trident is wrenched from your hands, flying into his. Before you know it, you're surrounded by guards.
"Beautiful," Poseidon gasps as he sees you. "So divine.....tell me, fair maiden, what is your name?"
Gulping you timidly pipe out "Lydia Violet," bringing out another gasp from Poseidon.
"Lydia....a Greek name; beautiful one and noble one, this is destiny! The first definition fits, but you're not the second....yet."
All of a sudden, he points his trident at you, forcing you to look at him. Then he points his trident at the tattoo on your shoulder. It begins to glow and a rush of oxytocin and endorphins flood your body. You try to swim away, but you feel glued to the spot and to him. You don't want to be with him, you have a whole life above the sea and you know that, but your body and brain right now are telling a different story; stay with Poseidon, become a goddess, live forever, you know you love him.
After a time, he slowly starts to mess with you. He slowly pulls back, making you think this is over, until he hits you with a blast or endorphins and oxytocin more powerful than the last, making you squeak in shock. But finally he pulls away and you glance away, your cheeks blushing brightly. A smile appears on him.
"Come, we mustn't waste another second!" he declares, turning away. "We must be wed tonight! To the temple!"
The guards begin to lead you to the carriage that he has set up.
