Tom could barely believe his eyes. Standing right in front of him, the very spot where the towering Rob Bolstrum had been about to destroy Tom in order to take the magical gemstone for himself, was now a cute twelve year old girl! She wore a white shirt that had '#GrlPwer' printed upon it in hot pink and sparkles and a pair of capri pants, blonde hair that curled ever so slightly and seemed to glow in the late afternoon light framing a impossibly cute face that looked so much like Tom's mother Elaine with just a smidge of his father's genetics mixed in. And two large, deep blue eyes that seemed clouded over and unfocused.
'Wait, he...she looks like mom! Does that mean-" Tom's thought in alarm before a dull throbbing washed over his brain as new memories were created as the new reality settled into place.
Sweaty from Little League baseball practice, Tom's dad had taken him home where his mom explained that she wasn't getting fat like Tom had thought, but that he was going to have a little sister! And then months later staying at his best friend Willow's house while his mom and dad went to the hospital, his grandpa taking him there the next morning and seeing the curly blonde little baby in his moms' arms.
"This is your little sister Tom! Say hi to Roberta!" His mom had said softly, and Tom had simply stared in awe at the little sleeping creature.
Memories of getting woken up by intense midnight squalling, the smells of diaper changes, spending more time with his grandparents and at Willow's house so his parents could have something of a break. Watching Roberta grow from a tiny pink screaming burrito into a drooling toddler making grunts as she struggled to walk and talk. her first word being 'mama' and the numerous extravagantly pink birthdays. Introducing her to Willow and her own new little sister that had been born a few weeks after Roberta. Willow squealing in delight that she now had TWO 'dolls' to play with and Roberta and Kimberly quickly becoming best friends that did EVERYTHING together, having nearly identical interests, likes and dislikes and being practically inseparable as they grew up together.
Her first day of school, Tom showing her how to sneak cookies from the cookie jar, helping her ride a bike, play video games, and Tom's life slowly becoming inundated with girly toys and way too many Barbie dolls. The petty, but loving sibling bickering and both of them annoying the other in ways that only a brother and sister could, and teaching her how to be a just as pretty on the inside as she was on the otuside, to be kind, honest and caring towards others just like Tom was. And the intensely burning, protective feeling he felt towards Roberta, or 'Bobbi' as every called her.
Bobbi Ackerton, his little sister.
Tom staggered back as the wave of memories made his head spin. He shook the strange disorientation off, wondering why it felt different from the new memories of Willow burying themselves in his mind. Maybe each wish had a cumulative effect? The farther one went from the original reality, the more disorienting it was? Tom blinked away the last of the dizziness and looked down at Bobbi as her incredibly blue eyes began to sparkle and clear as she seemed to spring to life in front of Tom.
And in a voice that was the complete opposite of Rob's gutteral snarls, she began to speak.
Option 1: "What did you do to me!?" Bobbi screams in alarm, clearly remembering her past life on top of her new one. Despite this however, Rob seems forced to behave like the perfect little sister, girly to a fault and exceedingly nice, just like Tom had wished for.
Option 2: "Tommy, when will Kimmy and Willow be here?" Bobbi asks innocently, and conversing with her further shows that Rob Bolstrum has been erased entirely. Only Bobbi Ackerton exists now, and the two siblings were meeting with Willow and her little sister for dinner before going to the park. A play date for the girls and some romance for the two teens.
