Bruce gets up early and starts calling other farms and ranges, asking if any would have a Stallion which would be perfect for “Sahara”. Some people say that their Stallions were either to old, to young or had some diseases, some sent pictures of their Stallions, but Bruce found them to be... to “normal”... the man wanted a Stallion, which would be not older than 7 or eight years, black shiny fur, well formed muscles and majestic.
Sadly, after more than hundreds of phone calls, Bruce is unable to find, what he felt as, the perfect stud. The man lets out a disappointed sigh, he leans back in his chair and stares out the window, “what to do,” he asks himself. Bruce stares at his phone, then he suddenly gets an idea, a evil grin appears on his face, “if I can't find the perfect stud the normal way,” he mumbles, “I will just create one. And who'd be the best subject other than Dean? He loves Sahara so much, he is constantly talking about her! Well, son, you will get to know your Horse really closely, soon.”
Bruce grabs his phone and sneaks into his son's room, Dean is still fast asleep, the man shakes his son awake, “Dean, get up,” he says, “I want you to clean the pasture.”
Dean groan, “b-but dad,” he says, rubbing his eyes, “it's John's turn,” John is the 12-year-old brother of Dean.
“John has other jobs to do,” Bruce says, “so, get going!”
Dean grumbles as he climbs out of bed, getting dressed, “I really wanted to have a quiet day for once,” he grumbles.
“You live on a farm,” Bruce says, “farm life is never relaxing, there is always stuff to do! Get used to it!”
Dean sighs, “I know... but still,” he says.
Bruce pushes his son out of the room and down the stairs, “enough of your whining,” he says, “get your boots on and do as told... NOW!”
“Okay, okay,” Dean says, he grabs his boots and starts to put them on, he does not notice his dad holding his phone in his hands.
Bruce scans Dean and opens his son's file, he starts to edit it to his liking. He decides to turn Dean into a 7-year-old Quarter Horse with black shiny fur, he sets the transformation to start as soon Dean enters the pasture and the duration to last a week... for now. Bruce also turns off Dean's awareness, he then decides to give Dean 80% of Horse-mind and have the human part of his son's mind be 20%, that way Dean would notice what he is doing, but would not think about it and let his instincts guide him. Happy with what he did, Bruce confirms the change, he looks up and notices that Dean is already halfway to the pasture, the man grins, “time to get Sahara,” he says, “I'll let her into the pasture on the other side, that way Dean has time to transform, by the time they meet, he'll be a full Stallion!”
While Dean heads for the pasture, feeling a strange tingle run through his body, which he does not pay much attention to, Bruce heads to the stables to get “Sahara”. When Dean reaches the gates of the pasture he opens them and steps inside, the second he closes the gate he feels a strange sensation in his mind. The teen looks down at himself, 'why am I wearing clothes,' he asks himself, 'clothes feel wrong...,' the boy starts to strip, not noticing that something is wrong. Dean wastes no time stripping out of his clothes, and just letting them fall to the muddy ground, once naked, the teen looks down at the pile of clothes, he does not realize as he lets out a snort and simply walks off. When Dean walks onto the grass of the pasture he lets out a sigh, the grass feeling so nice under his feet. Dean looks down and when his eyes see the juicy green color of the grass, he feels his mouth suddenly starting to water, he licks his lips, 'grass looks yummy,' he thinks to himself, his tummy growls, 'haven't eaten yet! Gotta eat... Hungry!” He does not realize his thinking becoming more simple, he gets down on his hands and knees and starts eating the grass, not realizing what he is doing is wrong.
