The cupcakes would cause a physical age regression. The age that would be regressed to was determined by the flavor of the cupcake. If the flavor was for an age older than the person’s current age, or was equal to that person’s current age, no change would occur. In addition, the person’s clothing would change to match their new age, but only if they ate the cupcake with frosting on it. If they didn’t eat the frosting with the cupcake, their clothes would not change.
