The pie would cause an anthro animal transformation. Essentially, the person would turn into a creature with some human and some animal characteristics. The animal characteristics the person would be given was determined by the kind of pie. If multiple kinds of pie were eaten, the person would get traits for each kind of animal added to them. In addition, any clothes they were wearing would be destroyed by the transformation, leaving them naked.
That day, the wizard had three kinds of pie in stock.

Pumpkin pie, which caused transformation into an anthro bovine. Specifically, the transformation would resemble a minotaur.
Pecan pie, which caused transformation into an anthro avian. Specifically, the transformation would resemble a harpy.
