You notice the small cabin in a small clearing. Fearing what was in the woods and seeing that the cabin was abandoned, you walked over to it. You walked onto the cabins porch, a small amount of purple smoke moving away from you. You walked to the door and knocked.
No answer. You try the knob and it opens. You walked into the cabin and are temporarily blinded by the purple smoke, but it soon clears to reveal the living room. A rug, couch, and fireplace greet you in the living room. Two doors and a set of stairs are also in the room. One doorway leads to a kitchen and the was closed so you couldn't see what was beyond. The stairs lead upstairs, towards the second level.
You decided to explore the cabin, so you walk over to the close doorway and open it. It was a bathroom, but it was strange in that it was modern. Toilet, sink, shower, and closet. It was shocking because everything else you've seen in this world was medieval, not modern.
You approached the shower and turned the valve. The shower turned on, you sighed in joy before stripping down and taking a shower.
You finished you're shower and walked out of the shower. You then put you're clothes back on and exit the bathroom. You walked over to the kitchen and you're theory about this cabin being modern was only enforced. Stove, sink, refrigerator, and many more. There were also two doors, one lead outside, the other looked like it let to the basement.
You walked over to the basement door and open it. The stairway is dark, but you quickly find the lightswitch and turn on the light. The stairs had a bit of purple mist which slowly faded away. You then noticed a necklace on the stairway. It was silver with a purple jem in it.
You picked up the necklace and went down the basement. The basement had a desk and chair, a washing machine, and a gun case. You sigh, knowing no one is hiding in the basement, but where was that smoke coming from?
You climbed back up the stairs, back into the kitchen. You approach the fridge, hoping to find food. Eureka, there is food. You see some pull pork and take it out. You cook it up and that was when you decided, until you could a way out of this world you would live here. You finished cooking and ate up.
You then returned to the basement stairs. Something deep in your being was telling you there was secret deep in the basement before you. You walked down to the bottom of the basement and towards the gun case. You opened it and were greet by a hunting rifle and pistol. You took out the pistol as well as a holster. You put the holster on and locked the gun in the holster, better to be armed when an enemy shows up.
You climb back up the stairs, the feeling of something important being down there still not leaving, even though you have gun. When you reached the top of the stairs you remembered, the necklace you picked up earlier. You pull out of your pocket and bring it up to your face. You examined it and noticed some small righting on the back of the necklace. You can't make it out, so you brush it off.
You enter back into the living room and then towards the bathroom to see if it had a tooth brush or toothpaste. Nope it didn't. You sigh as you walk over to the couch and fall asleep on it.
