Mitch hears grumbling coming from his stomach as he put his hairy hands on it, rubbing it, not sure if the changes or forgetting to make himself breakfast before coming here. It didn't really matter as the owner said, he was free to eat whatever treats or food he wanted, and he did see an aisle full of food for a proper dog on the way in there. Mitch was even beginning to smell the food passively as with each sniff he felt his nose change. Mitch put his hand up to his nose and felt it; it was flatter, wet, and smooth like leather; he pulled out his phone and tuned on the selfie camera to see that it was already darkening, his nostrils seem to be widening. He was getting a proper dog nose right before his eyes. Mitch started to move his legs but nearly trips, his tail helping him keep balance his pants were still around his legs.
"Right, should take care of that," he said as he undid his shoes and socks, letting his pants and underwear properly fall to the floor. seeing that his toenails were starting to darken like his fingernails. they were even starting to grow into points too. Mitch puts his phone in his shirt pocket as he walks to the food aisle, feeling the hard tile under his bare feet and the AC blowing along the bare skin on his legs. all the while, his sheepdog tail was wagging away behind him, confirming that this was the real deal. He will be a dog.
The aisle was split in two, the Left side had all the different edible animal treats and food while the Right has all the accessories related like food/water bowls, bird feeders, and cat treat mazes.
Mitch walked down the aisle about twice to see what was on offer, A closer look at the left side had nearly every main and off-brand one would think of pet food, as well as both wet and dry dog food. treats were in clear bins with serving spoons and paper bags nearby. bowls from earlier look to be refilled with fresh dry dog foods to sample while the wet food is put on plates with glass lids. The right side of the aisle had brightly colored bowls for pets big and small, automatic feeds for a range of different animals, and a few novelties food-based toys made to dispense treats for dogs. Some are as simple as puzzle balls, and a few are a bit more complex. the one that was catching Mitch's eyes was a blocky robot styled after 40s and 50s sci-fi, one had been set up already, and on its display box, its simply called "the Robotic trainer" with an image of a good boy getting a treat after doing a trick for it.
Mitch's mouth was beginning to water from the strong seints of food and his tail wagging more enthusiastically at the thought of what hes about to do?
