Jeff thinks and thinks, but he can’t seem to come up with a solution, “man, why is it so hard to decide what to do,” he asks himself, groaning in frustration. Just as he is about to give up, he hears the front door open.
“Guys,” Jeff hears a young boy calling, “I’m home!”
The voice belongs to Jeff’s 11-year-old brother Gael, who has short black hair with an under cut style, brown eyes and an athletic body. Gael is also pretty mischievous, especially towards Jeff, always playing pranks on him.
When Jeff hears his little brother calling, he gets an idea, ‘I could show the program to Gael,’ he thinks to himself, ‘he might be a mischievous prankster, but I trust him not to do anything to crazy. His birthday is tomorrow, which is Saturday, as a birthday gift, I’ll allow him to transform me into anything he wants for a limited time. I just hope I won’t regret this.’ Jeff takes a deep breath, then he calls, “GAEL, PLEASE COME HERE FOR A MINUTE!”
Jeff hears his brother’s footsteps coming towards his room, “what’s up, Jeff,” Gael asks as he enters his brother’s room.
“I’d like to show you something and make a deal with you,” Jeff says, “pull up a chair,” he adds, pointing to a chair in the corner of his room.
Gael looks at Jeff in confusion, but does as told, “okay, what do you want to show me,” the 11-year-old asks.
Jeff points at his computer and to the open program, “I received a new computer program today,” he says, “it is called “The Chronivac”.”
“And,” Gael asks, sounding unimpressed.
“Well, this program is supposedly able to transform anyone and anything into various stuff,” Jeff says.
“Such as,” Gael asks.
“Anything: toys, vehicles, animals, even change someone’s gender, mind control, reality alteration,… anything the hear desires,” Jeff replies.
Gael stares at Jeff’s computer screen, “if this is true,” he says, “why would you tell me: a mischievous kid, about such a program with huge and unlimited magic powers?”
“Because, Gael,” Jeff says, “I trust you. I know you would not do anything to crazy.”
‘Don’t bet your life on it, brother,’ the boy thinks to himself, “that really means a lot. So, what is the deal and why are you telling me this?”
“It is your birthday tomorrow,” Jeff says, “I thought, as a gift, I’d allow you to transform me into anything you want for the weekend.”
“Really,” Gael asks, “anything?”
Jeff nods, “yep, anything.”
“Okay, and what’s the deal,” the boy asks.
“The deal is: I let you use my Chronivac on me and transform me into something you desire for the weekend. In return you won’t pull pranks on me for a week, what do you say?”
Gael thinks about it for a while, “okay, deal,” he says.
Jeff nods, “okay,” he says, “so, what would you like me to become for the weekend? Tell me, and I’ll set everything up.”
