Claire the second generation werewolf after her parents had changed from human to werewolves was unexpectedly born as... a dog... well a wolf pup, and as there weren't a ton of examples no one knew if this was a developmental issue or natural. Her parents tried to do their best, and figured she was slightly smarter than your average dog... However they made their biggest mistake in letting her out in the backyard to run around... As she smelled something coming from the other yard, and was able to quickly dig under a small hole in their fence.
Claire got lost, and as someone who was practically indistinguishable from a puppy... Animal control got to her and she wasn't wearing a collar. She was taken to a pound a bit outside the suburb, and then a few days later an older couple came in. Unable to have kids and wanting their other dog to have a little friend they adopted Claire which is where she got her name. Claire loved the love she got as a puppy. Head pats, tummy rubs, treats, and her big brother husky looked after her and was so warm when they cuddled at night together. The couple wished they could have a kid often, but were happy... and were then shocked when one day Claire felt something odd change in her and suddenly a 2 year old pup was replaced with a naked teen girl. The couple weren't sure what happened, but assumed that their puppy was infused with enough magic somehow to turn into a werewolf. Lots of paperwork later and Claire was now a legal citizen... again... For the next couple of years she'd get special tutoring before being allowed to go to public school. She was also given her own room, got clothes, and was treated like a person... Even when she'd shift into her wolf form her parents would feel a bit awkward about petting her the same way. At least her Husky older brother who she let into her room at nights still let her cuddle with him and he seemed to enjoy still cuddling with her in either form.
It was becoming a problem for her... Perhaps even a kink... She wanted to be treated like a dog... She wanted to have a collar on and be taken for walks, she wanted her tummy rubbed, Howl with the other dogs, and maybe even eat out of a bowl... Best she got was convincing her step-parents into letting her have some dog food as a snack. Perhaps she'd find someone who could satisfy both her womanly and wolfly needs... After all she was going to high school soon.
