Ethan got up with the help of his friends. They brought the chub home. He was only their age, a teen, but he was super obese and hairy. Consiering how fat he was and how he lacked any muscle tone whatosever, it was sheer miracle that Ethan could waddle around at all.
Liam helped Ethan to his room. He saw the broken door. "What happen, did you fall on it?"
"Oink." Ethan snorted. "I... it broke," He said simply, then oinked again, embarrassed.
"She'll be right," Liam reassured him. He was handy with tools, so got some from the garage and fixed the door. By the time Ethan's mom got home from work the door was already back in place like nothing had happened. "Hey Mrs. Martin."
"Oh, hi Liam," Ethan's mom returned. She set two bags of groceries on the counter, unaware of the changes that had happened to her son.
For whatever reason, the particular coral Ethan had found seemed to have changed not just Ethan, but reality around him, so she wasn't surprised at all to see her 650 pound son waddle into the kitchen. "Hey Mom. Did you get the bikkies?"
Mrs. Martin handed her son a big package of biscuits, knowing better than to even suggest he not wolf them all down at once.
Liam grabbed one of Ethan's love handles playfully, and Ethan got red with embarrasment. "Hey," he snorted loudly, then tore into the bikkies.
Mrs. Martin shook her head. "Why don't you boys hang outside while I cook supper?"
The boys disappeared out the door, Ethan waddling slowly with biscuits in hand, Liam behind him trying to get a bikkie from his friend. Ethan fended him off. "I need these, I'm a growing boy. Oink oink"
"Yeah, growing out," Liam responded with a laugh, still trying to reach around Ethan's fat body for one.
Liam's mom shook her head. "Boys." She put some groceries away and got to work making supper.
