You lower the map for a second and then you realize, you really didn't see all there is to see. Not only is everyone naked but everyone is idyllic. All the women are particularly feminine with large breasts, smooth skin and healthy hair. All the men are particularly masculine with bulging muscles, huge dicks and healthy body hair. You're new so I assume your home is under construction but even you already have a home here. It may not be much of a home yet but it will meet your needs. What needs do you have on a tropical paradise anyway?"
You ask, "I just paid my medical bill by receiving a blow job. Is sex the only currency here?"
The man says, "Oh, no. We have our own form of money that you can earn easily enough. However, on this island, if you choose to earn your money by sex, by all means, the people of this island will smile upon you for doing so." Your earning potential is higher now as a new person to the island then your earning potential will ever be once you've become just like everyone else on the island."
