Knowing that with this book, that anything he did write could only be seen as odd, by himself, Ken wanted to get funny. Not in the sense he wanted to make a world that was filled with comedy and all that nonsense, but more so, to create a world where so many odd things and situations are seen as normal. Altering humans in such a way that it just be amusing to live in a world like that for at least a day. So Ken did the only logical thing and got to writing.
To begin with, Ken like the idea of breasts a lot so he wanted to first start with that. To begin with, he gave both men and women multiple sets of large, lactating breasts, 4 pairs of them to be specific. Each pair would be the same size on each person and the size of breasts range from DD to H cup, so they were indeed pretty large. But that wasn't all, Ken removed the very idea of bras so for both genders, they'd have to deal with heavy breasts without any support.
Next thing Ken decided to change was certain anatomical features, as in the genitals of Men and Women. After doing a biology lesson of horses a few days ago, he wondered what would happen if humans had the genitals of a horse, which as you can guess would give men a horse penis and women, a horse vagina. In face, from the waist down, the features of a human body were replaced with the hind features of a horse. Humans were still bipedal but everyone had giant horses asses and tails. Plus hooves.
For something a little more specific to a gender, Ken wanted to know how it would look with women had features of a pig on their face. He made it so that human females had a nose and ears that looks like a pig, and continuing one with the pig idea, he made it so that women were far fatter and contained more fat than human males, plus they also loved the smell and taste of very horrible things such as faeces and rotting food. But this didn't affect their day to day lives, merely was one of many biological differences between genders.
As for men, Ken was wondering what kind of funny things he could do to himself and other men and decided, why not just give all men a Bull's head. It could still turn and look like a normal human head could, but it just look like a head from a bull, even covered fully in fur. Kind of like a freaky minotaur, however Ken felt this still wasn't enough and decided that human males naturally produce milk and lactate even though they don't need to., they just do after puberty. And this milk also acts as a pheromone for women as it smells like rotting eggs and shit, so it's a normal thing to see women drinking and licking the breasts of a male they like, and if the women likes the milk, then the two would mate.
Speaking of mating, sex is now a common public thing and it's normal to see people having sex on the side walk or in heavy shopping areas, because sex is the equivalent of a handshake. New anatomical biology means that a man can't suddenly ejaculate during sex and has to wait a few hours while inside a women's vagina for any sperm to come out. This means that quick 5 minute sex can both be a fun experience, and gesture of welcoming, without having to worry about pregnancy. To further add onto this, since sex is so common, clothes are now designed to only provide warmth and not to cover up privates. Most clothes actually have holes cut out of the chest area and privates to allow for sex to be easier.
The last thing Ken wanted to add, or more remove, is that toilets no longer exist and that humans will now urinate and excrete in areas called 'plunge pits' which are massive open areas with tons of drains, always in the middle of a public area. Which allows for the smell to waft all over the place.
With that final change done, Ken was interested in watching the funny situation of the new world.
