Jeff blinked, then looked down at himself; his clothes and his entire body had changed.
For starters, he was now, well, fat. Not obese, but he must have gained at least fifty pounds if not sixty. His new clothes were baggy even for his rotund frame: bright blue pants with an elastic waistband, a baggy yellow collared shirt with big blue buttons, a red bordered blue vest with a yellow flower at the lapel, and a large red bow tie on his neck. Underneath his massive beer belly, Jeff could see that he now wore pancake-toed red shoes with yellow wingtips that were nearly as wide as shovels and curled slightly upward; just by feel alone Jeff knew his feet were now perfectly sized to fit them. On his hands were immaculate white gloves.
Jeff was suddenly aware of a touch of red at the bottom of his field of vision. Reach for his face Jeff felt his nose was a was perfect sphere, nearly as big as a plum and somewhat rubbery. Jeff let out a sigh and gave his nose a squeeze.
HONK!
Jeff looked at Ken. "You turned me into a clown?" Without thinking, he honked his nose again. "Heeheeyaha, why'd I do that, heeheeyaha?" He stopped, aware of how silly his voice now sounded-and of his involuntary giggles.
And he honked his nose again. "Why am I doing that, heeheeyaha?" Jeff asked, and again honked his nose.
Ken told Jeff about the 'Goodies' DVD he saw last night. "I just that it would be fun to try that kind of change on you," he said, doing his best to hold back a laugh. "And boy was I right!" He pointed to the full length mirror on Jeff's bedroom door. "You look hilarious, Jeff! Have a look at yourself."
With his new girth and oversized feet, Jeff could only waddle, almost like a penguin. He looked, and his jaw dropped at the silly reflection staring back at him.
Jeff's face, and likely his entire complexion, was now a dull pinkish color. Around Jeff's mouth and eyes patches of white had formed, the latter reached up to his forehead and were topped by wide black archlike eyebrows that gave him a surprised look. Inside, vertical black bars ran above his eyes which were outlined in black, making them look like exclamation marks. Inside his white muzzle, Jeff's lips were black and stretched into a wide smile that ran nearly down to his chin. Deep red blush bordered Jeff's muzzle and stretched across his plump cheeks, both of which had three black freckles.
The most dramatic change was Jeff's hair.
Starting from his ears and running to the back of Jeff's head was a thick mass of blue curls that stretched almost halfway across his shoulders. At the very top however, a tiny red derby with a blue band an yellow feather rested on bulbous pate that was as bare as an egg. 'Holy Crap,' Jeff thought as he took off the little hat and rubbed his smooth scalp, 'I'M BALD!'
As if sensing what he was thinking, Ken said, "I'm sorry Jeff, I couldn't resist. And you do look so funny!"
