Seconds after the man says this he would suddenly slip and fall into the tank.
As he flails around you figure he deserves a taste of his own medicine seeing as he took your humanity it only seemed fair to take his so you swim over and dunk him underwater, forcing him to inhale a huge dose of the mineral-rich water.
After a few moments you see him sink to the bottom and undergo the same change you went through due to him with him bloating, fattening and changing rapidly in seconds with his shredded suit floating up a few moments later.
After a few minutes a huge male orca resurfaces near you.
When you see him you'd just give a squeaking orca laugh due to the sheer irony of the situation the moron found himself in with you saying, "you were saying about working for you and changing people, Hah. You only wound up changing yourself, talk about heavy karma."
The huge male would just exhale in frustration and try to get out of the pool with his heavy bulk only himdering his already futile efforts.
Despite this he keeps trying only to continue being met with no success.
You'd just watch him continue to try and escape with no success with it getting to the point where even he realizes its hopless.
By now though you've fallen asleep and figured no one would miss there old boss since he seemed to be an asshole and figured that someone with a better heart would take over things and get rid of the substance that changed you and the former boss.
However you had other things to take care of, like gorging on tons of tasty fish for instance.
Once said gorging is done you nudge some of the remaining fish to the former boss who just sulks away while flining the fish back to you.
