After setting the vintage “statue” down on the desk, Levi grabs his phone and snaps a couple of pictures. He then opens the Ebay-App and creates an account, he then selects “Add Object to sell” and types, “Original vintage bronze statue”. The boy then adds the pictures he had taken of the “statue” and uploads them to the site, next he adds a price of 500 Dollars and confirms the details. Levi smirks evilly when a message pops up that says, “upload successful”. The boy closes the App and smirks at the “statute”, “now, we just have to wait, I have a feeling that it won’t take long,” he says, “now, next on my “change my life”-list: use the keys on Darren, turn him back to normal, then make him think I am his nephew who lives with him because my parents have died in a car crash. Yeah, that’ll work nicely.”
Levi quietly walks down the stairs and into the living room, he smiles when he sees you still asleep on the couch. ‘Now, since I have no idea how he looked like, before he transformed into my “brother”, I’ll try something else,’ he thinks to himself, the 10-year-old aims the keys at you, ‘reverse transformation!’
There is a burst of bright light, Levi shields his eyes, ‘man, I’ll never get used to this,’ he thinks to himself, ‘I hope it worked,’ when his vision returns to normal, Levi grins. There on the couch lies not a kid but a man, who seems to be in his early 30s. ‘Cool, it worked,’ the boy thinks to himself, ‘now to alter the reality,’ Levi concentrates on the reality he thought of earlier, he then presses the button on the keys.
After the bright light fades, the boy looks around and then at himself, ‘I hope it worked,’ he thinks to himself, he then looks at you, ‘only one way to find out’. Levi walks up to your sleeping form, “Uncle, wake up,” he says, shaking you, “I want to go to the park!”
You let out a groan and slowly open your eyes, “Levi,” you say, “did you have to wake me? I just had a wonderful dream!”
Levi grins, “dreaming of hot women again, uncle?”
You blush, “th-that is none of your business,” you say, seeming to not notice that you are back to normal, nor that Levi is calling you “uncle”, everything feels normal to you as if it had always been this way. You let out a sigh and sit up, “have Keith and Pat returned,” you ask, “last I know they ran off while chasing two Squirrels.”
Levi shakes his head, “no, either they were captured by a dog catcher, or they are at the park, worst case: they got run over by a car.”
You whince, “I hope not,” you say, “why do you always have to think about the darkest scenarios?”
Levi just shrugs, “dunno,” he says, “maybe it has something to do with the… car accident that took my parents lives?”
“I… pl-please don’t remind me,” you say, “it… it still hurts.”
“S-sorry uncle,” Levi says, the young boy smirking inwardly, ‘it actually worked,’ he thinks to himself.
You let out a sigh, “I guess we can go to the park,” you say, “maybe we are lucky and find Pat and Keith there.”
“Sounds good,” Levi says, “by the why, I think it was the best decision for you to buy this house. Your old apartment really was just two small.”
You nod, “yeah, I am glad that I got the house cheap,” you say, “now, get your shoes on, and let’s go.”
Levi grins as he watches you walk out the living room, ‘I can’t believe that it worked out so well,’ the young boy pats his pocket with the keys, ‘all thanks to these amazing magic keys! It even seems that Darren has forgotten all about them, hehe… fine with me, that way I don’t have to worry about him wanting them back. Now, I can do whatever I want! I can’t wait to get to the park… I’ll have so much fun!’
