After getting out of the dentist's patients room, you found yourself in what looked like a dentist's building with dozens of rooms, in one hallway, as if the world itself has turned into a hallway when you passed out. You followed the fairy to the main room down the hall, and found a door labeled queen's room.
The fairy you were following opened the door, and revealed a massive throne with a queen sitting on her thrown which was made of teeth, and wearing a doctor's coat, along with a stethoscope hanging from her neck. A name tag was on her coat, labeled "Queen Doctor Huggins" with 3 capital letters. You, and the fairy you were following bowed down to her as she was standing there. "Welcome to my kingdom new fairy," the queen says. "Let's begin with what you have been tasked for."
