As the two heavily armored robots played around they suddenly sensed a figure in the distance noticing them. Quickly and in a split second decision Jacob raised his arm and out of an opening on top of his lower arm there was a blast of energy hitting it. Fractions of a moment later the figure disappeared.
"Holy *beep* Jacob! Did you really have to kill him", Matt cried out loud, his profanity filter still working as designed by Jacob.
Jacob replied, "Naw, he's alright", and shared a video feed with Matt. On this video feed the figure could be seen floating in an endless white void. He was wearing an olive green military uniform. Not exactly armored as he was just wearing a normal cap instead of a helmet. He was just in the process of drawing his gun which he kept on his holster. His movements were rather slow.
"I've digitized him", explained Jacob to Matt, "He's now running inside of my computer, but he's slow as I don't put a lot of resources into simulating him". Jacob added a checkerboard floor under the soldier, upgraded his simulation to roughly real time and spoke to him in a disembodied voice. "Name and Rank", he asked the figure.
The soldier who was visibly shaking with fear, replied weakly, "I'm Private James Smith. I was on a routine patrol, I didn't think I'd find anything. Please don't kill me." Jacob explained, "You realize that we can't just let you go, so what do you think we should do with you?" Smith replied, "I... I don't know..", looking down at the virtual floor below him.
"We could of course turn you into one of us. You'd be a robot, virtually indestructible and free from the bounds of a squishy biological body. You'd live forever and be incredibly strong. How does that sounds to you? Of course it would mean making some changes to you, but that's easy to do here.". Smith replied, "I.. I guess that would be an option."
Jacob paused the simulation of Smith and applied some transformations to his pattern. "What are you making him?", Matt asked. Jacob replied, "A bunny bot!", and after a few moments he extended his arm again and in a similar blast of energy Smith was re-materialized in the the real world. However what formed was not a human soldier, but what materialized appeared to be an anthropomorphic bunny in Smith's uniform. Inside it was a robot, but it perfectly mimicked everything from breathing to barely perceptible movements of his whiskers and tail.As his systems booted up Smith looked over himself, admiring his new form. He was a rather cute figure and stood at perhaps 150 cm (4'11'') dwarfed by Jacob and Matt who were around 250 cm (8'2''). "I'm a bunny", he said to which Jacob replied, "Well technically you are a robot."
Smith took an inventory of his systems they all seemed to be working fine. He didn't have any senses particularly beyond what he'd have as a human. However is plans indicate that just below his fake fur and a layer of gel there was a layer of armor making him rather durable. Perhaps not as durable as Matt and Jacob, but still much more than a normal bunny. He had a simulated digestive system which not only allowed him to taste food, but also uses it to gain a bit of energy. In his crotch, hidden by his pants he had a sheath with a penis inside.
Jacob commanded, "Attention Smith!", and Smith instantly saluted Jacob who quickly barked, "Yes sir!".
Matt explained, "You are now in a mode where you want to follow orders from us".
Smith said in a quick precise and affirmative speed, "Understood sir".
Jacob issued the command "At ease", and Smith visibly relaxed, "Man that was strange".
Matt noticed something, "Well we haven't introduced ourselves yet", he points at the robot painted yellow, "That's Jacob and I am Matt".
Smith looked at Matt who was painted in a dull green and Jacob who was painted yellow, "You look almost identical, are you from the same line of models?"
Well that's a long story and it's actually not unlike how you became a robot.
