Jane had never ridden in an ambulance before, but it didn’t really matter all that much. For one, the doctor’s office was only about two miles down the road from the small local hospital, so it didn’t take long to reach it. Secondly and more of a focus to her now was the patch of scales on her ankle.
Doctor Kline had ridden along with her and was currently explaining everything to the doctors gathered outside her room as she lied on the bed, her foot raised up but uncovered.
Slowly a group of doctors came in and took blood samples and one scrapped off some of the scales which caused her to bite her lip from the pain.
“Clearly she has nerve endings on this patch of…” said one of the doctors wearing a mask
“Scales, they look to be fish scales truth be told but they are the same color as her skin.” Stated Doctor Kline “Jane, I know you haven’t taken any vacations lately, but have you gone anywhere out of the ordinary or done anything new?”
“I tried a new bath bomb a day ago, but the redness was there before that.” Explained Jane “And aside from a trip to JB’s two weeks ago, its been work, home and store.”
Jane didn’t have to explain the JB was a local bar, the next town over which meant about a dozen miles at most.
“Alright, is anything else strange happening with you?” inquired the Doctor
“Nothing comes to mind.” Stated Jane
“Alright, we have samples going in the lab. In the meantime, get some rest and we will see you in the morning.” Said the older Doctor as they left the room.
“Great.” Said Jane as she sat in the hospital bed, her ankle wrapped to high heaven now as it was being soaked in some kind of antibiotic creams. The doctors where unsure if that really would do anything but they wanted to try it anyhow.
Jane lied there in a private hospital room, the door was closed and the tv was on, sadly the hospital didn’t have the streaming service which had the show she wanted. So instead, she switched to some stupid reality tv show about finding love on some island full of very hot people.
Jane watched as super activities people struggled to find love, it made her sick. She had always been unlucky in love and her sex life was basically just pleasuring herself from time to time. As she watched these very hot men and women fight to find love on the tropical island, she found one of her hands slipping under the night gown that the hospital had made her put on and touching herself.
For some reason it felt better then normal, maybe it was the risk of doing it when a nurse could come in at any time. Still it felt so good and she fell asleep with her hand resting beside her women hood.
The TV was still on, but it was clearly late at night because it was some paid hour long commercial for some kind of wonder product.
Jane didn’t care about the product but she did care about her full bladder
.
Her ankle had been wrapped in something a kin to a walking cast, so she got out of bed without turning on the lights and headed toward the bathroom. Here she did flip on the light and was about to head to the toilet when she saw her reflection.
But no, that couldn’t be her…she was plain Jane, a face that could disappear in a crowd and was seen one minute and forgotten about less then a minute later.
The face look back at her in the mirror was one that no one could forget in a minute. Full beautiful lips, perfect skin, large eyes which seamed to have a beauty makeup on even though she had removed all her make up at the hospital. Her neck was longer and more elegant, her hair which was still brown was lush and full.
Then there was the rest of her body, she had an average to small chest large A to small B size bra but now….she was well within the C range maybe even small D and even without a bra they where perky as hell. She pulled down on the hospital gown to make it tighter so she got a better feel for their size. Her waistline and clearly narrowed as well and she felt taller as well.
Slowly reached up and touched her face, she had tears in those eyes now…all her life she was plain Jane and while she could still see some of her older self in the beauty looking back at her, she wasn’t plain Jane anymore.
She was so lost in happiness until.
