"OOO, can we go to the Brick store! I heard they released a new batch of Bionchicks!" Coral exclaimed as the children approached their mother.
Adam shook his head and said "No, we're going to be late-" then he saw Coral fiddle with the rip-off remote.
Their mother raised her eyebrow and said "We're not going to be late. We've got more than an hour, why don't you take your sister and have a 20$ budget?" as she pulled out some bills out of her purse. Adam looked at his watch and it was showing that they were going to be late, and then a nearby clock chimed and it shows that Adam's watch was an hour fast. Adam sighed and supposed it wasn't a bad store to visit... although anything he'd want was way above 20 bucks...
Coral seemingly dashed in and went straight for the new batch of rather feminine looking robot-looking things you put together. Somewhat more fem-fatalle and he could get around the aesthetic a little... but they were a girly brand he wouldn't be caught dead... Adam saw Coral looking at him with that controller in her hand and then Amanda asked "The heck are you going to do with..." Amanda looked at herself a sec and then noted she was Amanda Coral's older sister with boobs and everything.
"Play nice with me pwease..." Coral said trying to be cute.
The budget and time was something Adam could've passed off as coincidence... Changing gender was another and Amanda knew that either she'd get turned back to normal eventually... or just had to wait till Coral dropped her guard. Amanda looked at the Bionchicks and still didn't see what was so great about them... Sure she had owned a few as a smaller girl, but they really dropped the ball with the plot awhile ago and the designs were either crap or callbacks to when they were good... If only mom didn't give her old one's to Coral who then-
Coral had ended up giving herself telepathy and could tell that Amanda wasn't playing along very well... So she changed Amanda again, she could keep her awareness... but her instincts were a bit more impulsive... along with her being an adorable 5 year old little sister in a frilly dress who was also beaming alongside the new Bionchicks as a new fan.
"I want Pink one!" Amanda said
"Ok, I'll go with the Blue one. You know what the colors represent?"
"Mine's a girl and yours is a boy?"
"No, Pink's are more about empathy and gathering bonds. Blue is more about staying calm and thinking things through. Kinda like how your's accessory is a paint brush and mine's an oil diffusor."
"Cool!" Amanda said as Coral led them to buy their new toys. She was going to love having a little sister who was also a nearly adult boy fighting from the inside trying to maintain himself.
