Tom's second day as a haorse

added by NotImpressed 6 months ago A TG Equine

Having a rider on her back felt so natural, that Tomfoolery almost haven't even noticed it. She started walking, obeying Emily's command. Tomfoolery wanted to make her owner happy, and she knew-after all those years of training-that her owner wants her to move faster, even without Emily saying anything. So she started trotting, and Emily stroked her mane. "You're doing great, Tomfoolery! You're such a good mare! I'm so proud of you!"
Tomfoolery neighed, happy to please her owner. She defenitly was a good mare, if Emily was proud of her.
"Gallop!"
Hearing the command, Tomfoolery rushed forward the fastest she could, her hooves clopping against the ground and the morning breeze flowing through her mane. She ran, and ran, passing the training grounds, rushing through the fields, not stopping or slowing down except for when Emily made her turn.
After a while-Tomfoolery had no idea how much time has passed, and she didn't care-they arrived at a wide, green pasture. Emily stopped her, and Tomfoolery immediately lowered her head and started chewing at the grass, enjoying her meal. Emily got off the saddle, and walked beside her, stroking her side.
"Tomfoolery, you did great so far. I've never seen a horse running so fast, especially for that long... You've galloped 5 kilometers in one run, without stopping once! That's amazing, better than most of specially-bred stallions! Oh, but I guess that you have no idea what 5 kilometers are, do you?"
Tomfoolery wasn't sure. It was something about distance... or was it? Tomfoolery stopped grazing in confusion. She had a feeling she has heard that term before, but... Nevermind. Her owner looked at her with a smile, and that was the only thing that mattered to her. She snorted and shoved her head between Emily's arms. Emily laughed and petted her mare. 'No, she does not have any idea what that means.'
Thought Emily, but seeing the mare struggle at first made her feel uncomfortable. Maybe what she was doing wasn't right? She was using Tom, her closest friend, against his will, just to earn some bucks. Maybe she was supposed to ask Tom what he's feeling about this?
Maybe she'll ask him later. For now, they still have some training left. She hauled herself up on the saddle, making Tomfoolery lift her head off the ground. "Let's go!" said Emily, and Tomfoolery started walking, letting her mind clear of any suspicions and confusion, just walking happily and letting her owner have complete control over their direction.
As they continued their walk, Emily started talking to her mare. "Do you know, Tonfoolery..."
Tomfoolery's ears twitched, and he listened to her owner carefully, not slowing down. "Do you know who Marine Star is?"
Tomfoolery neighed in recognition. She remembered Marine Star, that big, strong, muscular stallion... She have also remembered her and Emily talking about him, but she forgot what were they talking about. She whinnied.
"Oh, you do? Well, remember our last talk about him? I've told you about the idea of you participating in breeding. What do you think on him?"
Tomfoolery blinked in confusion. She remembered talking about breeding, and remembered herself denying Emily's offer, but she couldn't remember why. She neighed. Marine Star looked so strong, and will likely sire strong foals. And he'll make a great father, too.
"Do you remember what you've said to me then?"
Tomfoolery snorted in question.
"You've looked so aroused by him, by still, you denied breeding with him. Why?"
Tomfoolery had no idea. Marine Star was intoxicating, and she was so, so aroused by him. She wanted him... but something, deep inside her, didn't let her agree. She let out a confused whinney.
"Well, I have no idea either. Mares, especially good mares like you, belong with stallions... And you mating with him will make me so happy."
Tomfoolery resisted at first, but than let out a neigh. If it will make her owner happy, it was probably the right thing to do. And getting to know Marine Star... She had to admit that the idea made her so aroused...
Emily smiled. "That's the spirit, girl! Come on, let's go home. We'll talk about his there."
Emily tugged at the reins, and Tomfoolery sped up.
As they arrived at the stables, Emily left Tomfoolery in her cage, telling her she'll be right back. She went into the farmhouse, made herself dinner, and sat down, thinking. Was she really about to betray her friend just for money? Should she let the mind alteration fade out and talk with the real tom, or should she just breed him and let his mind stay as close to a real mare?
