With March transitioning to April the following week, and Easter Week following closely on that, Everyone was ready and willing to begin celebrating spring and saying farewell to winter. Though not everyone would be celebrating Easter per se.

Heiya Island, for example, was getting ready for a number of holidays, with the most imminent being Songkran, since a little more than a quarter of Heiya Island's population was now Thai. Another festival that would be taking place would be the Sakura festival, but that would be more to when the cherry blossoms finally bloomed. Fortunately, the Quasi-Raccoon Cuties would be covering both festivals, even though they technically weren't officially part of Animalia Ambassadoria.

Of course, the last week of March was going to be entertaining in and of itself since Saturday was going to be April Fool's Day, and everyone would be using that day to play all kinds of pranks. Of course, while some would be quite elaborate and outrageous, they simply couldn't match the level of a Japanese pranks, hidden camera or otherwise.
Also, Miles would be doing coverage of the Animalia Colony at Northland, which was going to be more than a bit livelier since it took place in a rain forest region, and nobody really saw anything about that, at least not more than a little briefly in Animalia Ambassadoria episodes.

The biggest waves being made, metaphorically speaking, was by Nio, who had finished double dosing into a hermaphroditic Jaguar Animalian. What made hir the most noticeable was the simple fact that she was a little larger (in every way, including height, musculature, bustline, and... hermhood) than the Horse Animalians, but a little smaller than the Rhino and Elephant Animalians. What also made her stand out was hir claim to be in training for the 2023 IAC bodybuilding competition. While that would be taking place closer to summer, it would be plenty of time for Nio to get hir new herm hormones under control.
