The football pads were already situated under the jersey, which looked like it was supposed to be white, but with all of the mud, dirt, and sweat on it was more of a gray color. The number “42” was emblazoned largely on the front and back in sky blue colors, along with the words “East Valley High” on the front. Although he had never worn pads before, he found himself slipping them on over his head, pulling them down in place, some muscle memory knowing precisely how to tighten them. Even tightened, though, they seemed large compared to his average sized shoulders and arms. He could feel the dampness of the pads even through the compression shirt, but he felt comfortable in them nonetheless. As he pulled the jersey down to fully cover the pads, he felt his upper arms and shoulders heat up with the same heat that had previously covered his chest and stomach. He watched as his shoulders broadened, filling out the rest of the space to where the pads where a perfect fit. His upper arms visibly stretched with tight muscle, and he watched as dark stray hairs started to push their way out of his upper arms. Although covered by the sleeves of his jersey and pads, he could also feel the same itchiness as before spread across his shoulders, and he watched with fascination as dark hairs peeked out from the jersey sleeves. It looked like there was going to be no escaping the new hairy body he possessed! He watched as small streaks of dirt and mud appear throughout his upper arms, further matching the dirty feel that the rest of his body had. With the exception of his head and his lower arms, his body was completely changed to that of this linebacker.
He grabbed the white gloves and almost dropped them. They too were damp with sweat and caked with dirt. He realized that sweatiness was clearly a problem that this linebacker suffered from, probably also related to the huge amount of body hair that he had. He was so close to the end. Jeff quickly slid on each glove, grimacing a bit at how dirty they felt. It was clear that the gloves were a bit too large for his current hand size, but by this point, he knew that the chameleon clothes would change him to fit them. As he tightened the Velcro in the back of the gloves, he felt his hands heat up. Jeff held up his hands as he watched his fingers stretch before his eyes to fill the gloves entirely. His new hands were significantly larger than they had been before, which fascinated him. He watched as the thicker muscles moved up his lower arms to meet his already muscled upper arms, finalizing his new muscular arms. A moment later, the itchiness began on the back of his fingers, slowly spreading to the back of his palms, and then visibly a thick layer of dark hair matching the rest of his body covered his lower arms, almost as thick as the hair on his legs. Streaks of dirt appeared through the hair, finalizing the muddy look of the uniform. From the neck down, Jeff was now a complete, massive, 6’4”, hairy high school linebacker.
