You moan and grab at your bloated midsection. A crescent of pink flesh is exposed between the waistband of your jeans and the bottom of you t-shirt, and you can clearly see your belly button. Your vision blurs as you belch loudly, the room spinning to the point that you must hold onto the edge of the table for support.
As your vision clears you notice that something is wrong. The top of the table is now at eye level! Your arms are stretched out in front of you, your fingers small and pink. Your shirt is tented around you, and you realize that you are sitting in your pants, not wearing them. Your skin begins to itch fiercely, and your intestines twist in pain.
You vaguely realize that you are squealing as you twist in your seat, landing on the floor. You writhe in your over sized garments, finally pulling yourself free. You notice that some of your fingers have started to fuse together, leaving you with small hoof-like hands. You squeal in terror, the sound is high-pitched in your long pointed ears. Your nose and mouth are now more than a little snout-like, and you pull your small piglet body out from under the table.
