Dawn gets a text from her parents and quickly opens it.
“Storm delayed our flight back, well be back by the end of the weekend. Take care! Love you both!”
Sweet! Now Dawn can run back to the ointment store tomorrow and find some kind of reversing ointment and her parents will never have known about tonight. Dawn notices that her now Goliath younger brother seems to be getting sleepy.
“Hey Joseph, maybe you should get some food and turn in for the night.”
“Yeah,” he replies with a slow yawn, “I guess all this growing took it out of me.”
Dawn goes back to the kitchen and grabs Joseph’s dinner, a plate of leftover steak and sliced potatoes. When she comes back upstairs she sees Joseph already laying down in his bed, which holds up his weight surprisingly well, and his legs are dangling off the edge. She puts his plate on his bedside table and kisses his forehead. He’s so tired he probably didnt even notice. Dawn takes a step back to admire her ‘handiwork’.
Earlier today there was just a short middle schooler kid who was wimpy even for his age. “Hey babe,” Dawn said, “I got a pizza in the oven and I got you a little present!” Dawn pulled out the ointment container she gave to Joseph from behind her back. While waiting for Alex, she refilled it to the brim.

“No worries, you’ll make it up to me!”
If he looked anything like Joseph, he was about to give her the best gift she could ask for.
“Maybe you should try it out while I get the movie started? It said you needed to completely lather your private areas and it would be like a sexy cologne.”
“Completely lather?” Alex responded.
“Yes!” Dawn replied, almost too fast “And I was told the more you put on the better it soothes any sores.”
“Ok. I trust you”
Alex went upstairs with the bottle in his hand.
