Tundra's were the coldest areas that fill half of the planet in fluffy white snow. While in the tundra, animals who survive in the snow mostly have white fur, feathers, or aquatic skin. To this advantage, the winter proof animals can tell when icy floors in the middle of the tundra's would crack to reveal a bunch of shivering water underneath.
In the tundra waters, underwater mammals such as orcas, seals, and walrus's are able to swim through arctic sides of the tundra to get to the icebergs where most of their kind live. However, land animals such as polar bears, arctic wolves, penguins, and even snow owls have a place in the tundra to rest, while the lack of plant life is relaxing. The animals of the tundra can find their own food by hunting either on land, or in the cold ocean where all of the fish swim in.
