Wendy struggled to open the 3rd bedroom window she had come to. "oh come on these things are cracked and broken and still won't open" she said. she left the room and walked down the hall. eventually, she came across a door much different from the others. it was a redwood carved door.
on it said McHenry's private quarters. "maybe the owner had an emergency escape in his room" she said as she tried to open the door. she soon found it was locked. "guess ill have to find a key," she said as she walked on. She then spotted the showers and locker rooms.
'hopefully one of the maids left her key in a locker' she thought as she entered the lockers. she was surprised when she found it was unisex (no male lockers or female lockers, both shared lockers). She counted 40 rusted lockers. most had locks that weirdly looked pristine despite the rusted lockers. luckily she found a few that did not have a lock on them.
She was just about to open one when she felt dizzy. she sat down on the mildew-infested bench. at the same moment of dizziness, Steven had just finished his bread. new memories replaced Sophia with Steve. Wendy was brought out of this confusion by the bench collapsing under her weight.
She now found herself covered in grim. "pleases tell me the showers still work" she said aloud. She didn't know if this mildew was toxic or not so she needed a shower immediately. opening the first locker she saw she grabbed some items and a towel and headed for the showers. unfortunately, she failed to notice this locker was different.
instead of being blue, it was yellow. the chipped paint had caused several letters to vanish. *WAR_I__ ___erim___al items i_s__e. do __t use witho__ auth_____tion*. below the system was logging its 3rd breach. "warni... locker 41 ...ened. lock sys...em i...erible... not u...e. ...est samples h...e b...ome unst...ble. She was so desperate to clean herself she didn't even look at the items she took.
