"Uh, sure," Allison said. She was still taking in her aged boyfriend. She liked his new look, but more importantly, her conscience would be better when she wasn't pulling a 14 year old boy along, but was he still 14 mentally? She got to ask him and figure it out before they have sex. "Babe, did you notice me aging you up?"
"What?" Luke said and looked over himself.
"You were 14 a moment ago. Do you remember?"
"No," Luke said. He did remember aging his girlfriend up from 14 to 20, but as for himself, he couldn't remember being 14, well except for 6 years ago.
"You were, but you don't remember because of the app thingy. It's for the better I think. Now we're proper adults in mind and all."
Luke thought he understood. "Is there any way we can fix that? It's kind of confusing. Like, I don't want you to change me if I can't remember stuff."
"Are you saying you want to become 14 again?" Allison asked.
"No, god no," Jeff chuckled. "Just moving forward I mean. Let's see if we can fix this."
Allison showed Luke the phone. The couple found a settings menu and in there an awareness menu. User awareness was already toggled on. There were more options. They could edit the awareness of profiles, and so they set it so both Allison and Luke would be aware even if they were not the user.
"That should do it, right?" Allison asked.
"I think so." Luke nodded "We could try it out."
"Okay." Allison generated a sentence.
"The woman is 2 weeks pregnant."
Again, the app was reminding her of her pregnancy.
"Wait?" Luke was confused. "Why does it say 2 weeks. Should it not be a day?"
"Pregnancy doesn't start with conception. It's 2 weeks since my last period."
Luke wondered why that was the case until his girlfriend reminded him about the app.
"So," Allison started. "What should we edit, or should we try another sentence?"
"I may have an idea, " Luke said.
