As Thomas's eyes closed, his vision going dark and blurry, he heard a faint voice speak.
"Your wish is my command!" the voice, your voice, shouted.
He felt his warmth leave him just a moment before it came back, but stronger than before. He felt a tingle all over as his injuries closed up and his broken bones righted themselves.
Thinking it was over, he slowly got back up only to double over and clutch his stomach. "Gah! What...what's going on...?"
His boyish body began to grow and mature, especially in height. He didn't gain much in the way of muscle mass, though. His rare few chest hairs receded, along with most of his body hair, minus the hair on his head. That grew out longer, falling down past his shoulders. His arms and legs became daintier and paler, looking less like those of an outdoor explorer and more like those of a person who spends most of their time indoors.
His face became softer and more feminine, with his lips first puffing out and gaining some red lipstick on them. His eyelashes grew a little bit, and some mascara appeared on them. More makeup appeared on his face as well, while his nose became cuter. He groaned in his actively changing voice, as two sensitive mounds grew out from his chest, popping off the buttons on his shirt.
His hips widened as his belly tucked itself in, giving him a bit of an hourglass figure. Getting an idea what was happening, he quickly brought his hands down to his groin, grabbing it in an effort to keep it. However, he had no power to prevent it. Almost as soon as he made contact, his equipment sucked inside of him with a wet sound. His reproductive system got a bit of a redesign on the inside, the only thing visible on the outside being his...or rather her...vagina.
The former boy's clothes were much too small now, but that quickly righted itself when they turned into a pristine white nurse's gown. It didn't leave a lot to the imagination, with the skirt length barely halfway to her knees, and the neckline only covering half of her breasts. A white cap found itself on her head, her hair now in a bun, and she found herself in a hospital.
"There you are, Teresa!" shouted a doctor out of the blue. "Come on, I need your help with a patient that just came in!"
She blinked, and looked. "Um...uh...."
He grabbed her arm, not forcefully, but gingerly enough that she was dragged along. "Wait, what's...g-going on? Where are we going?"
"To deliver a baby, of course," the doctor replied as if it was obvious.
