The thrift shop volunteers were only too happy to accept the $100 on offer. So an elderly woman retrieved a key, and went out to the bin and opened the door. Bundles of clothes fell out. "Look through and see if you can find your daughter's trinket. Just let me know when you have finished and I'll lock up"
"Thanks" replied Nikola as he set to work.
Nikola quickly regretted he had not asked the girl in the hospital what sort of jacket he was looking for. Consequently he carefully went through all the clothes and checked the pockets on anything that could even loosely be called a jacket. He was almost at the end of the pile when his fingers found a metal necklace in the pocket of a man's sports coat. He withdrew his hand and there it was; a bronze coloured medallion with a picture of what could have been an angel on it. Nikola was very pleased with himself. He had beaten the FBI! If nothing else he could demand a rnsom from them if they wanted it so badly! He put the necklace over his own head returned to the shop and told the woman he had found what he had been looking for.
He then returned to his Porsche and put the necklace into his brief case, locking it securely. He then drove back to the hospital. He didn't initially notice that his body was beginning to change.
Nikola arrived at the hospital and parked in the area reserved for doctors as was his habit. Leaving the brief case in the car he went into the hospital. It was only as he was entering that he realised his shoes were loose and his trousers too long. Now concerned he located some rest rooms and ducked inside.
To his horror Nikola saw that his body was morphing. His already blonde hair was longer, his face was softer and he had clearly shrunk. He realised too late the significance of the shock he had felt when he had first touched the medallion. He ducked into a cubical and locked the door. What could he do? He didn't know enough about how this medallion worked!
Nikola watched as over the next 20 minutes the changes continued. He stripped off and watched as breasts grew on his chest. His penis became very stiff before it shrunk to nothing and eventually a slit developed in its place. By now 'She' could feel her hair was beyond her shoulder blades. Nikola waited until the changes seemed to have stopped. She re-dressed as well as she could in her now way too big clothes. Thoughts of rescuing the Ruby up in the hospital bed were put on the backburner. Who-ever that girl really was, she would have to deal with her problems by herself. Nikola had to get out the hospital, get home and figure out how this necklace worked. She needed to become herself once more.
Nikola pretended not to notice the stares of the man at the urinal as she took a glance at her reflection. She had not been able to resist the temptation of checking out what she looked like. As she had guessed she was another copy of Ruby. A buxom teenage girl wearing male clothes.
Nikola decided to not try and sneak out, instead she brazeny walked out of the rest rooms and to the front door. She wasn't stopped. Her car was just around the corner. However she stopped herself when she came into sight of her vehicle. She couldn't help but notice the smashed passenger side window . She ran to the car almost tripping in her now too long trousers. To her horror she realised her brief case was gone.
