Leah stared at the words on the screen, horrified. The reversal, a swim diaper that she would put on and use, then return to her proper age, would be sent to her. But she had to wait for it to arrive in the mail. And even when it arrived, there was no guarantee she’d be able to reach her mailbox. In fact, she was reluctant to leave her home at all, for fear she wouldn’t be able to get back in.
As quickly as her pudgy fingers could type, Leah asked if there was a way for the reversal to be hand-delivered to her door that day, or at least the next. At this point, she would pay whatever fee was necessary. The warmth currently spreading through her diaper was a reminder that she couldn’t just stay like this for however long it took for the reversal to come in the mail.
Her heart sank when she read the response. The reversal had to be made for her specific situation, so it couldn’t be delivered that day or even the next. It would take up to a week to make the reversal, a process that couldn’t be sped up, no matter how much she paid. And they weren’t allowed to send people to hand-deliver the reversal for legal reasons.
Leah was about to type some more when the representative offered something that made her sigh in relief. This would be the only way she could conceive surviving however long it took for the reversal to arrive, as well as getting the reversal from the mailbox when it came.
