Ty lands on the goblin wagon rider, hearing a crunch of breaking bones as the goblin died instantly. He surveyed the area around them, looking for the archers that were certainly hiding in the area. His enhanced eyes picked out the tops of their heads as they drew back their shortbows again. Almost faster than thought, and with only a single flap of his wings, he was among them, punching, kicking and driving the points of his nipples and elbows into exposed flesh.
He wasn’t sure how many died in those next few moments. There weren’t enough body parts left to get a count afterwards. He moved onto the next group, which were just coming out of the bushes. The front rank wielded shortswords and shields, while the rank behind held spears. He crashed into the frontline, killing four of the frontline in a moment, though she wasn’t fast enough to stop the spears before they collided with his skin. He felt nothing as the spears shattered on contact. Seeing their allies cut down, and the uselessness of their weapons, the goblins broke morale and fled, several dropping their weapons in their retreat.
